If you are not happy with your items, we accept exchanges and returns under this policy.
Lebanon:
- For orders delivered in Lebanon, you have 30 days to exchange or return an item.
- You can check and try on all items upon delivery.Β
- You can return items on the spot while the driver waits free of charge.
- Cash on delivery payments are refunded as store credit only.
- The items must be new, unworn and with all original packaging for the return to be accepted.
- The items must be returned with receipt or order confirmation email.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours or before dispatch; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
International:
- For orders delivered outside Lebanon, you have 30 days to return an item.
- Return postage, shipping and any customs included are NOT prepaid.
- All shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
- An email must be sent to help@comostorelb.com to request the return of an item.
