If you are not happy with your items, we accept exchanges and returns under this policy.

Lebanon:
  • For orders delivered in Lebanon, you have 30 days to exchange or return an item.
  • You can check and try on all items upon delivery. 
  • You can return items on the spot while the driver waits free of charge.
  • Cash on delivery payments are refunded as store credit only.
  • The items must be new, unworn and with all original packaging for the return to be accepted.
  • The items must be returned with receipt or order confirmation email.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours or before dispatch; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

International:
  • For orders delivered outside Lebanon, you have 30 days to return an item.
  • Return postage, shipping and any customs included are NOT prepaid.
  • All shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
  • An email must be sent to help@comostorelb.com to request the return of an item.
  • Please send your returns to:

  • Customer is responsible for providing package tracking number and sending it to: help@comostorelb.com
    Como Store are not responsible for any lost packages not sent by us.
  • Once your refund is accepted, please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be completed. 
  • When your return is processed, you will receive an email with all additional details.
