Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy
We are sure that you will be satisfied with your order from Como Store! If you are not happy with your items, we accept exchanges and returns under this policy. We strive to provide you with the best possible customer service and aim to accommodate your needs as much as possible. However, please note that some conditions apply.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours or before dispatch
Replacement Policy
We will replace your order if the wrong product was sent by the merchant, the product is defective, the product was damaged in shipping, or the item was not delivered on the agreed time. However, replacement is subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate the replacement process.
- The product must be returned to us in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- The replacement will be sent to you once we have received and inspected the returned product. Please note that we reserve the right to reject a replacement request if we find that the product has been tampered with, misused, or damaged by the customer.
Domestic Orders Return and Exchange Policy (Lebanon)
For orders delivered in Lebanon, you have 10 days to exchange or return an item. You can check and try on all items upon delivery. You can return items on the spot while the driver waits free of charge. Cash on delivery & online payments are refunded as store credit only. The items must be new, unworn, and with all original packaging for the return to be accepted. The items must be returned with a receipt or order confirmation email. Gift cards are non-refundable. International Orders Return and Exchange Policy
In case of exchange, it must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for any customs fees and shipping costs related to returns. All shipping costs paid are non-refundable. Please initiate your return within 10 days of receipt by contacting our customer service on +96170165353 or email us on help@comostorelb.com

In case of returns, same policy applies. Kindly note that refunds will be issued as store credit, rather than cash, within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
Customers are responsible for providing a package tracking number and sending it by WhatsApp or Email for assistance.. Como Store is not responsible for any lost packages not sent by us.
