Shipping policy

At COMO Store, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience, which includes prompt order fulfillment and secure shipping. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure that you provide the correct email address during checkout.

Domestic Orders Shipping and Payment Policy (Lebanon)

COMO Store offers Free delivery within Lebanon. Orders placed in Beirut will be delivered within 1-2 working days, while orders outside Beirut may take up to 4-5 working days for delivery.

You can check and try on all items upon delivery. You can return items on the spot while the driver waits free of charge. Customers can choose to pay in USD or LBP, based on the daily market rate. 

We accept both Cash on Delivery and Credit Card payments for all orders. However, if the delivery address is outside Beirut, we kindly request customers who wish to pay by Credit Card to inform us ahead of time, so we can arrange to provide our drivers with a POS machine. In the event of a high volume of orders, please allow an additional 1-2 working days for your orders to be delivered. Our priority is to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of their orders.

International Orders Shipping and Payment Policy

Typically, order fulfillment takes 2-3 business days, after which we carefully pack your items/goods to ensure they arrive in good condition. Our process of shipping includes securely packaging your items in sturdy boxes or envelopes to protect them during transit.

Once your order is packed, it will be picked up by our third-party courier, DHL, and you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery progress on www.dhl.com.

Please note that delivery times vary depending on your location, with an average delivery time between 5-7 business days. However, please also note that delivery times may be impacted by factors outside of our control, such as customs clearance procedures.

 

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your shipping destination. Please note that customs, taxes, or tariffs that may apply to your order are not included in the shipping fee. As such, COMO Store shall not be held responsible for any taxes or customs that may be applied to your order.
